Rental Tariff 2012/13
PLEASE NOTE:
- A Deposit of £250 is required.
- The deposit will be held with the Deposit Protection Service
- A guarantor (usually a Parent or Guardian), who is permanently resident in the UK is required to guarantee the terms & conditions of the tenancy.
- International students who cannot provide a UK Guarantor please see Option B or Option C
- All rents are inclusive of utilities, broadband, contents insurance, and selected Sky TV
- Studios are for 51 week tenancies.
- Deluxe, Premium & Standard rooms are for single occupancy only & for a 43 or 51 week tenancy.
- Proof of full time student status is required. (Please see FACT SHEET)
Please note that keys will not be issued until the Tenancy Agreements have been completed by the tenant and guarantor (where applicable) and signed Direct Debit mandates/payment details have been received. Emailed documents will not be accepted.
